Larian Studios Forums Divinity: Original Sin 2 - The Modding Dungeon Divinity - Original Sin 2 - Modding General Resource Manager

I am trying to find the Resource Manager as seen in this tutorial. As shown in this other tutorial, I should be able to access it easily. However, as seen in the screen shot below, there is no button to bring up the resource manager, just an arrow that opens a drop down menu. Any help?

The resource manager is the purple box of crayons at the top of the screen, just left of the text search tool.
