Sooo...this happened after the new character creation update (which btw is awesome). I noticed that many human characters (both NPCs and a custom character I had) were lacking beards or having a different look from their portrait. Here's a few examples:

And then there's this guy...who seems to have replaced his pants and shoes with a cape and hat


He used to look like this

Sorry for the huge post. Maybe other players have noticed some of these bearded misbehaves?

Sooo...after finnishing playthrough no 5 (still not honor mode so there's at least one more to go) I managed to "screenshoot" most of them (all of them?).
I don't know how many images I can get away with in one post so I'll try to part them.

All characters are human - some named, some random...even one ghost

Even if nothing is done about it...at least I got it off my chest
