Gameplay bugs:
If you do the PVP fight at Driftwood tavern in multiplayer, the game bugs out if one of your opponents or your companion is dead at the beginning of the fight. This can happen if they die in the fight just before that with the former arena champion and are still dead when the arena master asks you to fight each other.
If you spare Queen Justina she often walks right into death fog and dies if the barrel outside the room she is in bursts in the fight.
If you give Windego the Swornbreaker in Kemm's Vault, her ghost still appears and is still Sworn. You then get the choice to try and save her all over again.
Hannag will attack you for attacking the Magisters who are attacking her under certain circumstances. This happens if you don't attack them using the dialog options, and instead attack them manually. She tends to attack you after a couple of turns and I think she needs to actually see you attacking them.
Sadhella the blind elf does not have enough hydrophist to cast one of her spells when you rescue her at the logging camp.
Armour given by potions doesn't transfer using soul bond.
Your Patron God will often still get pissed if you have three source points already but kill one of the people who can give you source points before being told they can't give you any more. We found this out with Ryker.
'Silenced' stops you using the flight ability granted by the polymorph wings even though you have actual wings and this isn't really a spell.
Paladin outside Arx's main gates on the bridge still spits on your boot if you are an elf or aren't wearing one.
You can break the climbing wall in the cellar beneath the wedding in Arx by pulling both of the secret switches. The results are pretty funny if you still try to climb.
Continuity Bugs:
Some of the elves are wearing shoes, which seems to go against their lore. I noticed that the city elves do this a lot, but they should likely be like one of the traders and still be barefoot even though the rest of their clothes are human. Some examples:
Sebille is wearing boots when you meet her on the Lady Vengeance for the second time.
Every elf called 'Citizen' in Arx, and maybe every Citizen everywhere.
The drunk elf in Driftwood Tavern. Also: the cook, and the elf trader named Garret who murdered his master.
Ryker - though this seems deliberate.
Niggling issues:
The fan of the Doomsday machine in Arx is spinning the wrong way to blow up the pipe.
At the Paladin bridge in Driftwood, the paladin marquee crops into the fence at the back.
The script has many incorrect uses of the word 'heresy' or 'blasphemy'. for example, the ork priest on Ascension Island should know it is sacrilege to destroy a temple. I forget if he said heresy or blasphemy, but both are wrong.
