Hello,
I need to know if it is possible to play in 4 players locally with four controllers, in the same PC or console.

Split screen co-op only supports 2 players (for performance and UI reasons). On PC or console, 2 systems with one or both using split screen co-op can play online multiplayer together, though (or LAN on PC).
