Help!I am at Verdistis, and i want to be a member of the merchants guild.I have 10.000, but I do not know how to use them for being a member.. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/disagree.gif" alt="" /> Is the only way to get in killing Maria?And where she lives?And will my reputation lower If i kill her? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cry.gif" alt="" />

You do not have to kill Maria to get in. So as not to spoil anything, talk to Maria before you start worrying. There is another way in.

You should be able to pay via a speech option, but that was broke before the latest patch (not sure if the fix is retroactive, though).

Marria is in the Rivertown poor quarters, but if you have already agreed to kill her, she will not talk to you. I don't recall if there is a reputation drop if you kill her.
