Can't find anything on that topic here, so asking the question myself. After defeating Doctor Daeva/Adrahmalihk, when I jump on board the Lady Vengeance in the HoE (not the wreck near Arx), Malady is on the bridge, but she acts like before the Doctor encounter - "Lohse, you need to face your demon, fortunately now we know it's name" - well not only do we know it's name, we already defeated it! Everyone else updates, Tarquin also refused to tell me anything new, until I found out, what he did with that Vredeman guy (from a book with a note in there, how nice of me to read books, that I haven't when I found them) and well, he gave me Anathema to fix his "mistake". Only Malady acts weird. She's not to be found elsewhere, I guessed, after that episode in the demon realm, she just returned to the ship in HoE, that's quite the safest place to look after her. But she still doesn't seem to acknowledge even that visit. While Lohse encounters some of the people she "killed" (bodies and black candle wax), often remarks on them, Malady doesn't seem to care at all, and she seemed to be deeply moved by them while in the demon realm. Is she bugged, or is this supposed to happen, like we don't get any new info from her, so why care?
