i removed the beyond divinity wav file from the music folder and although i now dont get any music at the menu screen, im not experiencing the problem of two scores of music playing on top of each other ingame! so its a minor sacrifice to be able to hear the music properly when playing the game. hope it helps anyone having the same problem as me! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/delight.gif" alt="" />
I was thinking about doing that too, but for some reason, before I got around to trying it, the problem just went away...
