Don't blow out the candle in front of the cells - there is a lever on the other side.
Monsters => is up to you, fight them or sneak past them
Kings => is up to you.
Witch => if you press the tiny white button => she is a Chaos Creature. I'd leave her alone.
Last room => the lever.
