Hello, currently bags are very clunky to use for anything but a small subset of items. This is illustrated best with the Improved Inventory mod from Gift Bag 3.
The major reason for this is that they're not openable in the trade/barter menu, or searchable, or any means of obtaining an item out of the bags. With every item being in a bag from the Improved Inventory Larian mod... well it's an incredibly frustrating experience.
All of this applies to not being able to craft with items inside bags as well.
