Good piont. I never use Bless for an accuracy boost, so I completely forgot that is added accuracy. Speaking of Bless, the opposite is Curse and it is the opposite. Curse is a -10% accuracy and -30% dodging debuff.
I also forgot about blinded status which is an accuracy debuff. It is a -35% to accuracy.
I tested flanking. It took me a bit to get it right to see the tool tip. Flanking (as per in game tool tip) is a dodging debuff. A character losses 10% for each flanking opponent. The first opponent doesn't count for flanking. So if you are attacking an opponent with two adjacent threats, you entering into melee bumps the dodging debuff from 10% to 20%. I suspect dodging can't go below zero, so in most cases, flanking has minimal impact. However, most of my combat is a series of 1v1 attacks, so I may not be the best person to test the effects of flanking.
Of course one you start tossing around AoE, accuracy doesn't matter. 8^>
