I really like the idea of NPC or Allies causing blockades to pathways, ladders any sort of thing use for climbing or walking. And if you can't walk through it maybe you can clear a path? As it be nice if you can find a way into a castle through breaking through the walls or making yourself so you can walk through it?

if your trapped and no where to go just blow down the walls and let what ever is on top collapse to kill who is in the path?
You could destroy the entire castle if your powerful enough with everything inside it as you would lose quest and items will be buried and can be dug out?
Can't get across the river the traditional way then built a boat or swim across it should not restrict you.
I just would like most terrain to be deformaible and also ways to get to the area non restricted so you get across anyway that the game allows you.
Enemies to have rage and intelligence and know if your coming destroy the easier way to get to them?

So players will have to come up with new ways to get to that place if traditional route has been blocked and they got just dig through it if they want?

Any more ideas you can think off?

If they programmed deformation into the game and allow NPC or even yourself to destroy or unblock it that would open up so many possibilities. smile

I always wanted to be able to navigate dungeons using "Transmute Rock To Mud" and a shovel. Regrettably, no D&D video game has yet allowed me to do this smile

You could have a spell that turns rock into mud so you can dig through it and MMO games have been using this feature.
Or being able to climb a cliff and have skills so you can climb vertical cliff and then use it to attack the enemies below or escape them?

Here is physics base combat this is the potential

And this is the first person so i hope these system will be in the game!

Complexity of BG3 Buildings
I just found out you can climb wooden beams in cathedrals and get a Height advantage so that does that mean buildings will have complex structure we can use and destroy? Imagine using magic or traditional ways to cause a structure of a cathedral to be weak? So when some enemy comes along you just pull it out and the whole thing comes falling down and killing everyone?

Just how complex will buildings be? Will it has a physic weight system so if you weaken the structure of the building it will be able to collapse? And i hope we can pull apart eveything in a build like its floors etc and maybe find a hidden passage? It would be so cool to be in this huge fort and discovering secret levers or even using your skills to uncover hidden rooms, floors, etc! And it just won't suddenly appear like in DOS2 you literally have to dig for it and pull things apart or use magic to see if there is a hidden area behind? DOS 2 never felt it had that wow feeling for hidden levels maybe it was not hard enough? Or just was too small or just too open or behind lock doors in DOS2? And you could not manipulate the environment? Something Like Myst would be good as players will have to use their wits to think about and how to best manipulate the environment. smile

Like in BG3 you be playing above a spider Nest!

Why not play in a spider nest like in Lord of the ring? Or have it so the spiders are actually creatures that can affect the top floor it can turn the floor into its nest so you have trouble not just below but above as they are hungry! And you need to make use of your time!

Ladders can also be splash in BG3 so i am going to love this and whether the AI can cause this issue for you its yet to be seen! smile
