grrrrrrr. I try and load up my beyond divinity save file and it says Custom and thats it thats all she wrote. Won't load up. A little pop-up box comes up that says Custom. I took your advice and sent the savefile to the above email address. Any idea how long it will be before they can fix it or if they can fix it?

When we receive a savegame, we do our best to look at it immediately.
Tomorrow you can expect a reply back, depending on the problem.

I emailed the save file and the email was returned to me. I attached every file in the save game foldier im having probs with. Did I do something wrong here?

try to zip the savegame folder and then send it...

With the returned mail, was there a message explaining why it was returned ?
Wrong receipient email address, size bigger than your provider allows,... ?

Yeah it said something about it being too large which is what Im not getting. The files were compressed.

Your ISP may have a hard limit on ho much you can send in an e-mail. Many providers limit 3-5 MB per e-mail to stop massive server traffic, and when I sent my save in it was 5.8MB or so. If that's the case, talk to a larian support rep to see if you can work a deal to send in a split zip or something.

I have aol. I guess ill create a yahoo account think that will work?

Webmail and AOL both limit between 3-5 MB per e-mail. You're going to have to talk to a Larian rep about sending in split zip files to get your save in. And by webmail I mean anything like Yahoo, Netscape, Hotmail, etc.
