Larian Studios Forums Divinity - Original Sin Divinity - Original Sin - Technical Issues *BUG* Help ! Can't pick up Elemental Staff

Heya,

as the title says i cant seem to pick this up. it doesnt show up with Alt key and from screen shots i have seen elsewhere i think i can "see" it on the screen but can't pick it up to complete the quest ?

How do i get help to fix this ? (Enhanced Edition if that makes any difference ?)

Have you tried searching the area, and rotating the camera as required, with Alt held down?

Do you have any recent saves that you can reload and defeat Boreas again?

Hiya, sadly i fought Boreas at around 87 hours of play, currently at 140 ish hours so would be a massive step back. I have loaded the closest save to him and tried ALt zoom, camera rotate....i think i can see the staff - looks like a brown tusk almost sticking out of his corpse but i cant pick it up / do anything to it happy to share save files current and previous if that will help ? dont really want to use a cheat / mod as would like to get the achievements....Elemental Staff

Well, i have to say - very impressed with Larian support. Problem solved - on a Sunday! - in the space of an hour or so !
