Larian Studios Forums Divinity: Original Sin 2 Divinity - Original Sin 2 - Bugs & Technical Problems Game always set in english since Update (Xbox)

Hey guys,

I wanted to continue playing the game on my xbox one.
However, all of a sudden the game is set to english. Before it was in german, I didn‘t change a thing.
I tested and set my console to spanish, the game was still in english. Restarted the console, even reinstalled the whole game. Still only english.

Anything else I can do to get it back to german?

You can set the language in the Game section of the options. This was added in the last update, to be able to include localizations which are not supported as system languages on Xbox (previously the game language was automatically set based on the system language). However, it should still default to the system language, and just use english if the Xbox system language does not match a supported game localization.
