Min specs are i5 4th gen which is about the same as i7 3rd gen.

Is this enough or does it need to be 4th gen cpu?

Agree there isn't, which is curious. Reason for this is probably that they're still in optimization/testing.

What's even more puzzling that the i5 4690 is paired against an FX 4350. Both CPUs are several tiers apart and nowhere near in terms of performance. http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Core-i5-4690-vs-AMD-FX-4350 Probably Larian don't run a wide enough range of hardware currently so far to have better estimates.
