I would like to request multiple monitor (two, three, or four) support for your split screen option.

I have a TV attached to my computer and another two monitors instead of "splitting" the screen I would like to see each "split" on a different monitor. I might also want monitor 1 and monitor 2 for BG3 and leave the smaller monitor 3 open for discord and email. If you can provide this option, that would be awesome.

Lastly what about expanding the field of view across multiple monitors?

This is a good idea. I plan on using BG3 local co-op to subtly indoctrinate my girlfriend into table top, so anything that improves this gameplay mode gets a thumbs up from me.

Exactly what I did already with my wife in local mutiplayer with Divine Divinity Original Sin 2. That is why my favorite larian playstyle is multiplayer offline local coop, and it would suit much better if the split screen could be defined for 2+ monitors as well.

Great idea. ;-)

Most people I know use multiple monitors, and those same people will be playing BG3.

Gogopotato has raised a worthwhile point. One issue related to this is that some monitors have two panels. Dell has some displays like this. The game might not recognize that full screen means using both panels in the monitor.

Not this:

Not this either:

But this, which is actually two panels inside one bezel:

The problem would be that the game when launched would only play on the left half of the screen

Exactly!

So allow us the option to put each 'split' on each screen AND another option to stretch the game map over more screens (if this is technically possible)

That is one way that might be able to deal with the issue. Many people here will be aware of different "view modes": windowed, full-screen, borderless...
I think that if the program is written in such a way that it recognizes the number of vertical and horizontal pixels over which the player wants to see the game displayed, that can help.

If Larian created a page where people could indicate their display setup (number of displays, resolution, refresh rates, maybe brand, colour space etc.) and how well things work / issues / comments that could be useful. It wouldn't take long to create or maintain.
