Thanks @Tyndaleon! I watched it and at about 19:40 is when they talk about it. I'm still confused, though, as to whether this Twitch integration will be in the Steam version or not. They do mention Stadia specifically, and I'm seeing conflicting information in third-party articles:
From https://techraptor.net/gaming/news/baldurs-gate-3-price-twitch-integration-and-more-revealed#:~:text=How%20Does%20Baldur's%20Gate%203,going%20on%20in%20the%20game.
""BG3 EA gonna launch with some funky Twitch integration that'll allow you to vote on certain things - bit like what we did in the Panel From Hell but all proper," Michael Douse said on Twitter.
As a reminder, the Panel From Hell showed a bit of live gameplay and the player had to make some choices at certain points. The panelists opted to ask for a vote on what the player should do during the live stream, so we'll probably see it work in a similar fashion in the live game.
Of course, Baldur's Gate 3 isn't just coming to PC — it's also arriving
on Stadia, and that platform has a similar function called "Crowd Choice" that integrates with YouTube. Will there be Baldur's Gate 3 Crowd Choice?
"I can't comment on Crowd Choice, but we're working on a bunch of Stadia features to make best use of the platforms cool uniqueness," Michael Douse added in a Twitter reply. "Nobody will be left out.""

But then there's this from:
https://www.gizmodo.co.uk/2020/08/s...gaming-platform-rests-on-baldurs-gate-3/"But all of this hinges on how well the Crowd Choice, and undoubtedly other features, are integrated into the game itself, and if Crowd Choice causes more gamers to opt for the Stadia version of Baldur’s Gate 3 over PC. After all, you can play Stadia for free, and if you play it on your PC, you don’t need to buy a Chromecast or a Stadia controller – just the game. Even if you already have a super tricked-out gaming rig, it might better to buy the Stadia version (if you have a good internet connection) just to try out Stadia’s Crowd Choice feature in a private stream with friends.
The PC version of Baldur’s Gate 3 won’t have this feature – though it might have a way for players to see what decisions their friends are making in cooperative multiplayer. Doesn’t sound nearly as exciting."

So... I'm SUPER CONFUSED lol...
Any chance we can get an official answer, as this could sway purchase decisions for a few of us...
