Looking though the footage of the game so far I was wonder if we will get to choice between the two features of noble

Feature: Position of Privilege
Thanks to your noble birth, people are inclined to think the best of you. You are welcome in high society, and people assume you have the right to be wherever you are. The common folk make every effort to accommodate you and avoid your displeasure, and other people of high birth treat you as a member of the same social sphere. You can secure an audience with a local noble if you need to.

Variant Feature: RETAINERS
If your character has a noble background, you may select this background feature instead of Position of Privilege.

You have the service of three retainers loyal to your family. These retainers can be attendants or messengers, and one might be a majordomo. Your retainers are commoners who can perform mundane tasks for you, but they do not fight for you, will not follow you into obviously dangerous areas (such as dungeons), and will leave if they are frequently endangered or abused

Because I personally would love to have a harem of maids even if they just stayed at camp as followers

Unless that's a really crowded Nautiloid, I would think not, as being kidnapped by aliens, then passing through the Shadowfell then Avernus before being deposited back on Faerun a considerable distance from your starting point is going to make it very difficult for mundane people to even find you again in reasonable time. Cheer up, though, some modder will no doubt reskin a suit of armor into a maid outfit so you can force Shadowheart and Ra'ziel to cosplay, so all is not lost.

What about Astarion? His whole look screams sexy maid.

Oh i do hope mods come out for with maid and butler outfits cuz ill put all the origin characters in them I wonder if they could do it as your retainers find you after your name has spread like they are trying to track you down so they wouldnt be with you at tutorial level but maybe show up at camp sometime during first act like we finally found you milord you skiped tea and morning dueling practice we was terrible worried proceeds to don on you while you try to explain you are on an important adventure
