At what hour (time zone?) will it release?

I've had a misconception that games release at 00:01 at the release date. And that information often (with other games) does not say what hour the game releases, just what day. The result is that me and my friend often waits until 00:01 on a release date, ready to play. But are unable to play at 00:01, and wait until 01:00, cause maybe the time zone was different. After more waiting, we say good night and check again the "day after", but no release until later that evening/night.

It would be very nice to know what time the game releases in what time zone

1pm Eastern/10am Pacific. Should be able to extrapolate from there for whatever timezone is applicable.

7pm in here, on a wednesday. I will have finished work so just perfect!

Caveat:

Date + Time of release globally?
10am PST - assuming everything works out exactly as it should.
As soon as we hit the button you’ll be able purchase and install the game, or launch it right from Stadia without the need to install it.
