hi, looking some info about vampire rules in BD3: if we make a rogue spawn, he cannot enter houses with lockpiking? (vampire restriction?). thanks

I'm curious about how vampire spawn are going to work as well.
I get the feeling that there's going to be a gimmick attached, not unlike how the Undead were handled in Divinity: Original Sin 2.

I don't want to fall to bits 'cos of excess existential thought.

If I had to guess, I would say you will propably be able to force your way in by using the tadpole on yourself.

In one of the streamings Sven talk a little about it. When a villager invites the group to The village he says he´s lucky and when passin through a river he also comments something about running water.

Vampires also suffer damage when pass through running water so It would be fun to see if you have to jump over the rivers.
My bet is that they will use that features for dialogues and roleplay but they will have something that would make the drawbacks of being a vampire spawn not too meddling with the gameplay, like they did with sunlight so Asterion could move unscathed in daylight.

This quote : https://youtu.be/B9hU6UJX_pc?t=363 leaves me with the impression that the tadpole will make the vampire spawn able to do all 3 things mentioned. But then again, it's not explicitly clear about homes and running water.

hope they thought if you main character is a vampire, he didn't be struck at doorhouse enable to go in without an invite... it would be terrible.

otherwise running water will works as health potion for undead in divinity 2, poison cure undead, maybe something may be like that in bd3 for vampire (or cure by bite another alt character or npc...)
