I tried to attack an intellect devourer with a sword, and when the character attempted to move within range, she then moved back out of range briefly for some reason.
This triggered an opportunity attack, and my character never executed her attack, so far as I can tell.
The combat log says:
Lae'zel used Main Hand Attack on Intellect Devourer.
Intellect Devourer used Claws on Lae'zel.
Lae'zel was hit for 7 Slashing Damage. (Opportunity Attack)
