Tried turning this on on a chromebook and windows laptop. Sometimes it doesn't work at all. Other times it'll pan left and up but not right or down. Rarely it'll stutter right or down if placed at an exact spot. Not sure if Steam has the same issue as Stadia.

edit: figured out when it doesn't work. If a character portrait is double clicked the camera won't pan. If single clicked it'll pan left and up. Right and down still problematic.

Yeah, no down and right panning for me either (haven't played since last night, though).

I confirm the same issue also on stadia, no right or down panning
