`On pc stadia google chrome. Cant' seem to level up. I clicked the x icon on the charecter portrait and nothing happens. Nothing in the charecter screen seems to have it either.

Click the tiny white + sign on the portraits.

They will need to make that clearer at some point (maybe also a button on the "character sheets").

With a controller on Stadia:

Use the X button on the character selection menu screen (L2) once you have a white plus in the upper left corner of the character's portrait. The rest is self explanatory.

Make sure to not click more than once at the plus, because in the new window the Accept-button is at the same position. Had it happen one time that I accepted a level up by accident, because of that.

The session I was in did nothing when I clicked the plus button. It ended up working after a brand new reload from a previous save.

I noticed when switching between party members sometimes I need to doubleclick them. Then one click was enough for a while. Could be the same for the button.
Haven't had a level up for quite some time. So not quite sure... There are only so few in this EA. qq
