Okay, Im an idiot. I started chapter 3 and decided to explore and level up a bit before going to the temple since I thought it would be another "dungeon-like" area and not a town. So I walk around and do a few quests and then go in. Now I see that the quests are linked to a rank system but I dont think I get rank points because I already did them BEFORE coming here. I lost the merchant quest in the tavern, it wont allow me to accept it, and a few others. ARGH!
Also, I accidentally dropped the curse scroll for the witch while trying to move it between chars. and I cannot pick it up again, so another quest lost.
Hope others see this so they are forewarned and dont make the same mistakes as me.

What does your ranking value say? Max is 23500 - and you only need to get past Serrick with his 13000. PLEASE, just talk to the Keeper of Ranks and look at your ranking.

I will look at specific quests when I restart the game. I cant recall them exactly right now since I havent played since yesterday.

Important is this, Sherri => what does the table say - the book you can look up at the Keeper of Ranks via dialogue? I'm not sure, your quests are not listed with ranking points. If you know which quests they are, I can look up and tell you if/how many ranking XP is gone, ok?

I was wondering If I'm going to make the Highest rank as well cause I started chapter 3 and ran Into the Merchant before going to town and did his quest so It's not In the record's book. AM I still going to make It? Or am I going to have to stat Chapter 3 for the 3rd time? Thanx In advance.

Nono - you just have to pass Serrick's rate 13000 something. Then ... well a certain lady... not taking concurrence too lightly, will approach you. so you need just a bit more than 13000. "Strange teleportations" is a quest with 5000 ranking XP, that one would hurt you, if you missed it. I can only advise this => read the billboard over and over again, by clicking on it => you get clues for ranking quests. Visit every open house in the Temple Area => get the quests to rank up higher. The max ranking number I wrote is NOT necessary for the main quest. Was just my way, to pay this lady something back...

And some quests have sub quests => so, read your quest log, think of game logic. It's like reading a book from page to page - and not jumping here and there <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

I did a few off the record and got all the points I needed easily. Its easy to get the required amount of points, espiecially if you are the type of person who has to complete every quest.

LOL, uh oh, I may be in trouble here too... I have done several quests and have a few more quest items already in my inventory. Guess I better visit the town before I get any further.

Grim - visit the Keeper of Ranks first, ok? He will add you to the competition list, then read the billboard a few times, you see new quests every time you click on it - and if you already have quest items in your stock => I advise leading the conversation with the quest giver up to the end, then re-enter it - and not doing it all at once. I'm over-cautious maybe.
