As soon as I made it to the Mindflayer console, the cutscene didn't load, I was put on the beach, but I wasn't able to interact with anything, not the mindflayer, nothing. the ground was empty, no items, or anything. I was also unable to save. Only after reloading an auto-save and rushing to the mindflayer console, did the cutscene properly play, and did the beach load properly.
