Can anyone tell me where i can find the yellow baffimiri mushroom for the imp cure?

It is in a cave, at number 4 on this map. Make sure you complete all other quests, etc before having the alchemist make the cure.

uhm, is the entrance secret of someting? i am at the place marked on the map, but i can't see an entrance to a cave, i only see a big boulder :s

how can i enter that cave?

You had no cut scene on approaching this boulder? Oh, dear.

Did you pick up one of the ingredients BEFORE you had the quest from the alchemist to gather them?

Patch 1.4 is supposed to address this issue - did you install it?

uhm, patch is installed :s

and no i had no cutscene, i think i did pick up an ingredient before i had the quest :s

what can i do about it? :s

Errhm, do you have to replay a lot? I'm not sure if walking away from the boulder, back to the alchemist and talking to him (you get his tip for the moving boulder) would help.

And I'm not sure about the role of the dynamics file in BD - in Div you could solve a lot with this. Please, wait for Raze to advise in this case.

The dynamics folder(s) play the same role in BD as DD (a temporary cache), except in BD there is one dynamic folder per act. Unfortunately, since moving the ingredients in your inventory updates the quest info (before the latest patch) clearing the dynamics folder will not help. Most likely a procedure like the FIX for broken Holy Items quest in Divinity would work here. I should check this before I install the new patch...

If anyone figures out how to fix this please let me know... Larian has had my savegame for 3 days now and no luck yet, if I can't get it fixed by tomorrow I need to return the game before my time runs out.

Slant - I need to know this:
The quest "cause of the plague" => is it green or blue in your case?
The quest "cure for the plague" => what does it say exactly?
The alchemist => DID you meet him and speak to him? Is he in his house?

Do you really have the quest from the Chieftain's son to go and visit the alchemist?

The "cause of the plague" is green.

The "cure for the plague" quest says something like, I found the alchemist, told him about the floodgefrogs, he told me to find him 3 components, blue grey and yellow, to cure the plague.

I did meet and talk to the alchemist, several times. Unfortunately they were after I had picked up the first 2 components.

I definitely had the quest from the chieftain's son.
