Wizard class. Found a scroll. It says I can use it to learn the spell. But I don't see how to do that? Help?

If you have already learned the spell, you can't learn it again.
If that's not the case, press I to open up Inventory, make sure to have the wizard selected (their paperdoll is in the bottom center) and right click the scroll. Should be the second option.
