I've just killed the Owlbear and now find I cannot save any games. Upon trying to delete old saves the game freezes. When loading I also get messages to the effect I cannot save or copy save game files.
Same here. Since the update I cannot save any new games. I can overwrite a save once then, if I save again, the game crashes to the desktop. On Windows 10 2004 if that helps.
Update. I deleted all my past saves in C:\Users\Administrator\Documents\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\ directory including the default profile. I can save a game manually now but autosave still crashes the game.
