Would there be a way to have an option to either disable the spiders or even change them into another kind of enemy?

Umm... probably not....i dont think this will be planned ever, exspicially since the appearantly Drow are a major Player here, and they serve the Goddess of Spiders, they have Pet Spiders, they get turned into Half Spiders as punishment...

I think its not something that would ever be in here... but i do feel for you

Unless added as a mod option later, it's very doubtful for the above reason listed. Spiders as an enemy in general are kind of a staple in 5e
