I pickpocketed the antidote from the healer that poisoned me, then drank it. After that, a cutscene about the first druid saying my tadpole was dormant. But I was supposed to save that guy, and haven't even started that quest. Also, lots of glitches, for example when spoke to Kargha to save the tiefling girl thief, animation looked pretty weird sometimes, or camera position.
