I think formations would be a really nice thing to implement. Starting off combat with my party all higgledy piggledy is never fun. "How'd my mage get in front of everybody?"
At the moment characters don't even stay locked in the same party position you arranged them in when you first load up the game and I have to rearrange them every time I start it up.
