The cutscene where the tadpole is fished out of the tank is WRONG!
We see the fingers pick up the tadpole and the head end is one way.
Then the clip where the tadpole is out of the tank. And the head is facing in the opposite direction.
And to be honest... I annoyes me more than other bugs, because it isn't a bug, but simply someone no paying attention.
