Last night I arrived at the big Goblin camp and (unsure if relevant) quicksaved just as I got into dialogue range at the entrance. What resulted was a black screen that I couldn't get out of. I couldn't switch to another tab, couldn't even close the game using the task manager. Eventually I gave in and signed out of my computer, but even that took around 5 minutes of intermittent freezing. That seemed to be the only way to close the game. Not sure if it was the dialogue itself or the quicksave timing, but it seems like a pretty significant issue.
