As said, I clicked "end day and go to camp" option (been there before).
Bedrolls are there, campfire is lit et cetera. Unable to sleep or proceed to the next day in any way.

Cannot fast travel, cannot interact with NPC's (I did all the talking I could already) et cetera... I am just stuck in camp and cannot proceed.

Developers will look into this bug or give us a work-around?

Yeah I've run into the same issue.

I've also talked to everyone I could find to no avail.

Wish we could get an response from any of the developers if they are going to patch this or look into this matter... its quiet

It's a bug. Sometimes clicking the campfire (not a bed) will get you out, sometimes you need to load an earlier save.

Obvious it is a bug haha, but will they fix it? I dont have an earlier save game (my bad I know) and dont feel like starting all over. I know the game is WIP but c'mon, this aint a bug anymore this is literally game breaking
I dont mind waiting for a fix, but at least it would be cool if the devs could let us know IF they will even bother fixing this or if they will do other stuff first i.e. we aint waiting for months

I've encountered a lot of small bugs in the game, crashes and little and big hick ups in game-play but after I've slayed all the goblins the Druid just appears in the grove and after talking with him and reaching the camp fire feast nothing I do can make the game end the day,, being able to ask the npc characters to sleep with each other is somewhat weird as well.. but hey who am I to judge..

I've reloaded the game and tried to load an earlier save game as well. so I'm stuck ^^

I've really enjoyed the game until now but this is a bummer

ok, weird enough but after a few more tries with older savegames the bug disappeared. Groundhog day has finally come to an end

I have this problem if I hit Escape at the "Do you want to sleep?" dialog instead of clicking "No." I went to a previous save and tested it a bunch to try and figure it out, and that seems to be the cause for me.
