Larian Studios Forums Beyond Divinity (English) Technical Problems teleporter stones in act 3

I noticed the new patch has fixed the bug that causes the teleporter stones to disappear from inventory on the transition from act 2 to 3. If they've already disappeared before applying the patch, is there any way to get them back once the patch has been applied?
