Your game seems like one that I and possibly many others will enjoy creating multiple characters. Have you thought about sorting the save files to be listed under a character's name instead of one big pool of countless save files to sort through?
you can make multiple profiles for each character. I know these are most likely not meant to be used for a single character but is how I see most people using them.
