The textures of the rotating disks are overlapping. When you go to rotate one the disk will rotate, however, the other disks will remain with the original phase of the moon stuck to them and the new phase will simply slide underneath it. this has made it nearly impossible to complete.

Same exact thing happening to me.. Is in fact why I came here in the first place.. hoping for a way to resolve this. Things I've tried.. Saving, Reloading, Verifying Game Files (from Steam Library > Right Click game name > Click Properties > Click Local FIles tab > Click Verify Integrity of game files), tried both Vulcan and DX11, Updated to latest Nvidia Drivers (( I actually think this problem started when I updated to the latest Nvidia Drivers )) -- cause I was able to rotate the floor panels with no problem yesterday (prior to updated drivers). Hope this gets fixed soon!!

Encountered this bug earlier today. Apparently it gets triggered by creating and save file in the puzzle room and reloading it. Only way I fixed this was to revert to a prior save before entering the puzzle room.

In mine, the textures eventually overlap to the point where they start disappearing from the sockets, entirely breaking the puzzle.

In my case, I used a thief in his own subparty to sneak past the Ogress. I interacted with the puzzle before finding the book, interacted with the puzzle again, left and regrouped, cleared the fortress, came back, killed the ogress and attempted to interact with the puzzle as a party. When I arrived, my puzzle was already glitched. What I think happened is, on load, the puzzle attempted to re-order puzzle tiles I'd saved in my first interaction. This created overlapping tiles and empty sockets for tiles.
