Some fairly consistent bugs I've come across:

-my camera ALWAYS gets stuck in rocks and walls. Double clicking on a party member portrait gets me out but it's still super annoying.
-It's really hard to see papers, containers, doors and stuff that are on the south end of the camera axis. Is there some way to change the orientation?

-Cutscene audio is often paired with non-speaking characters. Their hands are still moving, so I know it isn't just lag, but their mouths are closed.

-If I'm inside a building, more often than not I can't use spells or abilities that target areas. I assume the game thinks I want to cast stuff on the roof, since it tells me that targets are invalid even if it's a spot two feet away. This was nearly constant in the goblin fort.

+1 on the camera getting stuck. Needs a lot of work regarding what the camera is able to 'see through' and what it considers solid for the sake of re-orienting viewpoint. IMO this is a huge issue because of a less-than-ideal camera distance from the selected character.

Holding Left-Alt can help to see more items and stuff on the ground to interact with- but for the love of god move the camera on it's axis!! Use Middle Mouse button to do that. Hugely helpful! (I can't imagine how frustrating that would have been to be locked to a direction)

The dialogs in general are super, super rough and that's a symptom of this very early stage of EA. 100% this gets fixed up to be magnitudes better.

You're right about the roof thing. This calls back to the first point with the camera getting stuck places. The game is incorrectly assuming the mouse is on the highest in-view plane and targets the invisible ceiling or roof. I've noticed it a few times specifically and even bugged my character onto some high altitudes floating in nothingness.
