I had something which I'm not sure is a bug or not, but was sort of annoying. The encounter where you meet Wyll, the first run through an enemy got a crit and killed him. After the fight was done, I couldn't raise him with a revivify scroll (he was an invalid target), and he stayed dead. I understand not being able to raise random corpses you run across, but if you're going to introduce origin characters in a combat, it should at least be possible to raise them if the dice are unkind.
