I am doing the quest "Rescue the Trapped Man" - I have rescued Benryn, found his wife Miri (the building she's in is also bugged, can't get through the door despite no obstacles so had to jump through the window), told Benryn the news about his wife and nothing happened. I still have the objective "Tell Benryn where Miri is" but I can't speak to him, all he says is "No, it can't be true" but the quest won't end. I think it may have something to do with the bugged building as he ran to the front door and stopped, maybe he is supposed to run inside and confirm what you told him about Miri?

Hello. I have the same problem. Needed to jump pass doorway to enter, when i went back to Benryn he does not complete the quest.

Same problem, both on the lack of path available into the house and with Benryn unable to complete his quest, even though he's escaped the house and I identified his dead wife.

Pick up the body and keep "throwing" it (yes, select throw, and keep tossing it - I tossed her from the second floor balcony) until she lands in front of the trapped man.

Not very elegant, but I think that's the way around it.

It worked for me.

A new version of the issue. I wasn't able to pass the door, as explained by several others. Went into the building by the roof, found her body, went back to Benryn, told him about it han he was not moving - hence the question was not completed. When I logged backed on today, Benryn was inside the house but he was sitting next to the wrong body. One burned out body on the lower floor, while Miri was on 2nd floor.

So I was able to initiate the dialogue and complete the quest.... but someone should tell him he is mourning the wrong body....

and now when I rest in camp I get an update telling me I didn't rescue anyone... hmm, did Benryn run off an kill himself??

Same problem, out side entrens is block had to jump my way in, found her, talk to her corpse she gave me task to find a ring and give it to Benryn and nothing happens.

He died in the fire and I'm at peace with that but now he's stuck on my character like a dead minion
