Dear Larian,
I encountered Raphael for the first time and told him I'd break his legs if he didn't go away and consequently didn't want to have anything to do with him. He still teleported us and one of the dialogue states was:
Raphael: I could fix it all like that. *snaps fingers*
- I'll do anything to get rid of the tadpole.
- I need to think this over.
- You're mad if you think I'll make a deal with a devil.
- Then fix it, or die at my hand.
All of the options look very contraining and leave no space for roleplaying. Here's why:
"I'll do anything" - no, I won't, maybe I like my new passenger, maybe I don't but I definitely won't do "anything".
"I need to think this over" - no I don't, I already told him I'd break his legs and don't want to have anything to do with him.
"make a deal with a devil" - that sounds too Christian, or maybe I'm missing something about the BG lore? Anyway to me it sounds like something only a religious person (cleric/paladin?) would say and only in a Christian setting.
"fix it, or die" - I don't want him to fix anything, I don't care to talk to him or see him again.
I feel one option that is missing is "Bugger off and teleport me back and if you ever touch me again I'll Eldritch Blast your tomato ass into oblivion" or somesuch.
Thank you.
