I think there are too often items drop from nameless monster and that make every weapon less interestinng because loot is throw on us like a confetti.
Equipment in fantasy setting shoud be more rare so player will spend more time to gather materials for crafting or thinking about selling a weapon that he just drop from goblin chief.

Magic items and artifact shoud be avaible to buy from vendors and not crafted. But there shoud be possibility to upgrade magic items with crafting or enchant non magic item by enchanter like in d&d system.
Because in currently economy we can relly fast earn gold to buy a really good items and don't change them to end game.

Disagree. I was constantly on the hunt for magical items, especially after discovering a certain idol was always on giving me advantage on two skills I didn’t have in my party.

I was even struggling with gold to upgrade my party and keep us alive (until a certain chest). Everytime I found something of extreme value I was sucking these items up whenever they presented themselves. The crafting system in the game I wish had more documentation, but I don’t want to rely on it for my equipment — its D&D in Faerûn not Monster Hunter.

There's a crafting system in the game? I did not realize that at all. I also was struggling for money a lot and had to scrounge just to afford healing potions.

Crafting system was in DO 1 and 2 and I see crafting icon in interfeca but it is currently blocked. So it will be unlocked probably when game will be released. Like I say we got too much gold because we drop too much items from goblins and weak oponents.

No, I can tell you exactly where the majority of my Gold came from on my save (90% of it).

1. Reagents from the Underdark.

2. The Zhent powder storage chest that had over 5,000 gold in it, and 3,000 golds worth of Smokepowder Barrels.

It definitely didn’t come from goblin weapons and gear rofl.

I've read a similar complaint on RPG Codex and I'm not sure where it comes from.

Almost 20 hours in, level 4 reached and I'm still mostly dressed with "white" common items and a handful of low tier magic items.
Most of the +1 I've seen were limited to vendors' stocks (which used to be filled with powerful artifacts from the get go even in BG2, by the way) and to buy one I had to drain all my savings up to that point.
Also, there's no trace of +2 items anywhere in the game world (as it should be: +2 items are supposed to be a big deal in D&D, especially in low level adventures).

Also, items this time seem to be hand-placed rather than randomly generated.
Once again, as it SHOULD be.

Party control in Baldur's Gate 3 is a complete mess that begs to be addressed. SAY NO TO THE TOILET CHAIN

I hate being showered with junk like candles, plates, cups and whatnot at every turn when it's difficult to quickly assess their value. Then you end up clicking on "loot all" and your inventory is a huge mess of worthless garbage. Sorting and selling that is not a fun part of the game.

The only +1 and magic items so far have been at vendors. This should be the other way around. Finding a hidden treasure or looting it from powerful enemies feels much more rewarding than just selling junk and buying a magic item from a merchant.

But overall I'm glad the magic items seem rare.

I agree on the part, that NPCs drop to much "stuff". Its exhausting to carry that shit around.
I´d be glad for an inventory with more features, such as: groupy all non-magical weapons and put them in a box or sth like that. Or the NPCs just drop less weapons and stuff. honestly, it gets sold anyways. just cut the ability to pick up each and every goblin bow and give the leaders some cash as loot.

Regarding magical items:
I felt there were way to many. In DnD5e magical weapons are rare and pricy. something you will not find by a little merchant that hangs around in a small refugee camp. I have no issues only having a few magical wepaons for the entire group at level 4. But in fact i had like 5 magical weapons for each character to pick form. only magical light weapons were an issue, but i had tons of magical two handed options. like 5 spears/staffs, greatswords, axes, clubs etc. Was way too much for my taste.

You don't HAVE to pick all that stuff up, it's your choice what you want to carry around with you. Perhaps Larian needs to add more weight to certain small items so it makes carrying 100 random bits of garbage not worth it.

They probably should remove the fact that everything is worth at least 1 gold, not everything is worth something.

Just my personal opinion here, overall crafting rules in 5e just suck. Please don't waste time trying to add crafting to BG3, not every game needs crafting. Focus your time on adding more story. I love crafting but just not seeing a big enough return to adding it to BG3. Feature creep can be bad, focus on improving core gameplay first!
