I noticed some concentration spells got buss like shield of faith, hex, and a few others in thier transition to BG3
I would like to let you know that bless is currently set to be a 2 round buff including the round it is cast in.
As bane is also a 2 round debuff.
I think you should do 2 things, give these spells and spells like them the same treatment you gave to duration for the others.
Bless is absolutely critical, especially if your party is spellcaster heavy as it helps land those spell attack rolls which cant really get a bonus to hit any other way (like magic weapons)
Secondly you may want to have Bane last as long as well, but also remember that Bane can be saved against so when you cast it on three targets 1.65 of them by normal 5th ed rules will land so it should be slightly more potent than bless but is a target has both they should cancel each other out.
maybe have bane cause a penalty of 1d4+1 or a 1d6 just to keep it more enticing vs bless.
much like how cure wounds is weaker than inflict wounds due to misschance/saves.
remember both of these spells are concentration so they lock out the opportunity for a cleric to also cast shield of faith/protection from good and evil and many other spells, they should be impactful and long lasting.
