I destroy the drum before combat so the goblins can't call for reinforcements, it is destroyed and vanishes, but goblins can still run over and use the nonexistent item. Has happened in 2 different fights so it's not a specific drum

Same issue here, goblins banging on thin air where the drums used to be.

Happened to me too. Specifically the one by Sharp-eye Nass

They also will bang on a silenced drum to similar effect.

I've had this happen in a couple fights in the Drow room as well.
