Game refuses to let me save giving me a notification that mid dialogue saves are disabled, but I am not in a dialogue. I've even long rested at camp and entered conversations with other npcs but I am unable to save. This has happened once during multiplayer and 3 times now during single player, reloading the save seems to fix it but it could cause a real issue if you were to not notice once the bug starts.
