The difficulty of camera movement is really my biggest issue with the game so far - there appears to be no direct way to look upwards (angle view upwards), which makes looking at your surroundings difficult. Its easy to look down, since the default is looking down from above, and the tactical view allows it even more, but I found no way to angle the view up to look at higher things.
Second, there needs to be a left-hand keyboard control for rotating the camera. Rotating view is the most frequent camera movement, and I have to either take the right hand off the mouse to use the delete and end buttons, or use the middle mouse button, which is easier, but its counter-intuitive in the setup that generally uses the mouse to control movement, and the right hand keyboard to control camera view.
I tried binding new keys for camera rotation but nothing registered.
Still love the game, but it would be way more immersive if I could look around the world without struggling.

I second this. The controls for the camera and movement feel clunky, and really take you out the the "experience". Not being able to pan up is also quite frustrating as there are times you can't really see anything ahead.
