Bug encountered on stadia:

If I let Astarion feed on me completely without stoping him the first night he attemps it, I then wake up in the camp next to the dead body of shadowheart. I believe the game kills her instead of killing my origin character for letting Astarion go completely through.

I tried again and it had the same behavior. The third time I stopped Astarion and shadowheart is now still alive.

I killed him. the next morning - there he was, feelin' real bad, but not dead.

This and the fact that, after he killed Gale, in my case, I left and went back to the camp and he acted as if nobody died, even though Gale's rotting body was lying right before as being buggy us hell
