I have arcane recovery as a wizard, but I can't seem to use it. I have tried clicking the little arcane recovery icon in my HUD but nothing happens when I do. How the heck do I use it?
When you click on it, normally a popup appears and let you select which level of spell you want to be restored. If you don't see anything, it must mean be you are bugged.

Don't look at the pop up thing near the movement bar. Arcane recovery is an actual skill on the hotbar, just FYI in case that's not what you're clicking
