I noticed that when in dialogue, you will be presented with a choice. But when you make a choice of how to respond, it immediately goes to the response from the other characters or whatever, so you don't actually see what you chose. This may be passable in single player, but when I play multiplayer and I'm listening in on dialogue with my friends, I can't see what they chose which kind of sucks. It just jumps to the response and I have to ask them which one did you choose? I'm not suggesting we have our characters actually speak or anything but maybe just hold the dialogue option on the screen above the response or something to show that this was the option chosen for this response. Just a suggestion
