I am hoping for the sake of the game that is hindsight and unintended to leave out. ALL warlocks get pact boons, its a crucial part of the class. its like taking out fighting styles for warriors or, channeled divinity for paladin's and clerics. Its necessary. Please adhere strictly to the official D&D rules, and try not to make the classes into your image. That is what everyone is expecting , and from what I am have read throughout the forums is telling you. Its a make or break for the game in general.

They've made a lot of changes to the D&D ruleset that's true, but I genuinely think that a lot of what's missing from the classes is just down to it being early access and them not having everything implemented. That having been said, I hope I'm right and they implement the boons later, because Warlocks are my absolute favourite class.

Expertise is also missing from Rogues. Between that, mage hand not being able to move up or down or pickpocket, and every class being able to hide and disengage as a bonus action, they've definitely fallen behind.

Please, make this D&D game more faithful to D&D.

The Warlock does get a pact of boon, in Finding Familiar? It's early access, I expect more to be added.

I am thinking more pact of the tomb or pact of the blade, but pact of the chain yeah should be added also.

currently pact of the chain is the only pact option, and it works well giving you the option of imp or quasit in addition to the standard familiars

Level 3, it's easy to miss on the level up option, it's a single checkbox immediately above the invocations checkboxes I think

EDIT: also, Imps should have 120ft darkvision, so sort of. Devil's Sight is meant to penetrate magical darkness but apparently doesn't at the moment.

Technically neither does devil's sight as the invocation in game, its broken. also would prefer invocations of repelling blast and eldritch spear.
